Lula Restaurant Distillery: Experience Authentic Southern Cajun & Creole Cuisine

The food was good overall and everything came out quickly. The atmosphere was really nice and made for an enjoyable dining experience. The only downside was the rib were a bit dry the wrap and the fried were the highlight of the menu.

My husband and I really liked the crawfish Mac n cheese. It was really cheesey and the pasta was perfect.The blackened red fish with roasted vegetables was excellent as well.

Absolutely love this restaurant. They have the best Hurricane in NOLA and happy hour from 4-6. This is a must try restaurant. Everything here is delicious and well seasoned. Presentation is beautiful. The servers are top notch. They are attentive and knowledgeable. We had Sam this last time and he was a delight. We can’t wait to come back on our next trip.

Have been here on a girls' trip a couple of times, but this was my first visit with my family. It's still one of my favorite restaurants in NOLA. Our child is a selective eater, and I called beforehand to see if there were kids' menu options. They prepared wonderful (and huge!) chicken tenders that were perfect! Our server (Emma) was wonderful and made our visit memorable! I'm looking forward to returning the next time I'm in town.

The drinks are superb, the food is excellent, and the service was outstanding. Very impressive spot and look forward to my next visit. We arrived for an early dinner at what appeared to be shift change and did have to wait for someone longer than expected, but I am sure when they have a hostess it wouldn't be the same.

It was a great time here! It was our first stop on our NOLA trip and the food and drinks were worth the stop! It’ll be added to our revisit list when we come back! Food was delicious and portions are generous !

As a local, I’ve been here multiple times. And it’s always the same. Great food but the service is meh! No one ever smiles or is happy about serving you. This time my party of 2 came in and there was no one else in the restaurant. So you would think we would have impeccable service but wrong. Only the bare minimum service. Just think they could use better service. Again food is always super yummy!

Had a great time at Lula's!!! The food was great! The atmosphere is pretty amazing. The bar looks great, the windows into the distillery give you steam punk vibes, and the high ceilings and lighting just rounds out the ambiance. I would highly recommend! They seem to be able accommodate large groups. Oh and they have lots of indoor seating and some outdoor seating too. I took some of the wears home to imbibe on my own.
